This is our local and I’ve realised we don’t visit enough. The chips were totally oil-free and perfectly crisp. I’ve never had chips that didn’t cover your fingers in grease. Like magic. Excellent fish souvlaki too

Alrighty, this was another occasion where I used Google Maps to find me a Fish and Chip shop based on the location I was in, and it didn’t disappoint. Turns out I would have driven past this shop numerous times without even noticing it.
The service was impeccable and had a laugh with the guy as he packed up my order. The menu was pretty extensive with a couple of surprises on there. Prices were very reasonable.

Was here on Friday before Australia day,I'm from Queensland heading to Tazzy. Ordered the snapper at an incredible $8.80 I think it was.The size was 2 to three times the portion size you get in Queensland.Watched him layer the batter,a forgotten art.The result was, compared to Queensland and now tazmainia ,perhaps the best fish m chips I've eaten in decades.Top quality fish, giant sized portions,expertly cooked at a bargain price,The owner is gregarious and full of smiles.This chippy would destroy the fish and chip industry in Queensland if he decided to set up shop there

Thought I’d give these guys a try after going to vines road for years and I’m never gonna look back, seriously awesome fish and chips and the consistency runs through all the food items I’ve tried. If you live around the area give these guys a go 🤌
